• The Weslaco UFC is okay, it's clean, it's got the newest equipment of the other gyms in town. It's kinda small and can get overcrowded. The current location is not the most desirable what with the traffic experienced at the corner of EXP83 and Texas. The owner has been promising a new facility for almost two years. The proposed new location promises to provide more space for customers and parking. Though we foresee parking problems with football season around the corner and football fans overflowing into the UFC parking lot. Most of the staff are approachable and courteous. Jason, Gabriel, Rich Marin, and Elliott are approachable. Steven, George, and front-desk girl named Cris are ominous & unapproachable bordering almost on narcissistim and egoism. Look forward to completion of the new facility and possible continued membership!

• Not worth $60/month. Maybe in a bigger facility with more equipment and classrooms it will be worth it. Sales guy was rude. For such an expensive, small gym, I expected way more amenities than cheap hand towels. They do have good cardio machines, though, and a nice selection of free weights for a gym so small. However, those plastic weights do start to stink after long use.

• I worked out there for a year and their trainers are always willing to give you advice and are very friendly. Their machines are also new and I heard that they are remodeling or making a newer and better facility
