Services Available
We offer services to adult day cares, rehab centers, hospitals, nursing homes, jails and other facilities requiring consultant dietitian services.

• We are food experts with full time Dietitians. Our chief consultant dietitian has over fifteen years of experience.
• Zepol provides monthly physical visits to your facility. At each of our visits we will provide some type of in-service for your clients and/or staff.
• Our staff is bilingual and available to communicate with clients as needed. We will also provide a monthly sanitation inspection, a written report, and recommendations for improvements.
• Our staff will review your 1654 forms and provide assistance in the preparation of these forms.
• Zepol provides individual diet instructions for any client that your nurse reports is having difficulties with his or her diet.
• We prepare monthly menus (Regular and Special) our menus are on a ten week schedule. Our dietitians will make adjustments on these menus whenever needed to better suit your client's food preferences.
• Food Manager and Food Handler courses are available upon special request in person or online.

·        Our dietitians are members of the American Dietetic Association and use the 

       most advanced patient education materials, videos, exchange list books and

       menus.

·     Quarterly Adult Day Care director or owner training is offered at no additional

      charge.

We are available via phone for problems concerning menus throughout the month.

REPORTS THAT WE PROVIDE FOR REFERRING PHYSICIANS

·        Monthly report of all the patients that were referred and when they came in.

·        Initial assessment reports with analysis of food history in a new food pyramid format.

·        Treatment plan as per patient's diagnosis.

·        Follow-up class or individual appointment report of progress.

·        Patient's ongoing anthropometric log.

·        Nutritional guidelines and meal plan sent to school for patients who are students.

NUTRITION EDUCATION CLASSES
We provide group classes for Acanthosis Nigricans, Weight Loss, Diabetes/Diabetes Management, Low Fat Cooking, Vegetable/Fruit Cooking, Food Management, and Food Handling. Our classes are based on the participant's age group and diagnosis. We constantly receive comments from patients on how they enjoy the group support and information obtained from the classes. Classes for school age children are held after school for the convenience of your patients.

Fee Schedule for Adult Day Care and Other Contracts Services

Contract Consultant Dietitian Services

$180/month for Adult Day Care (4 Hours per month)

$55/hour for Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Jails and other

facilities. Travel time will be included.

Basic 1654 Excel Program with training

$50/program

Food Handler (2 hour training) with gold seal certificate on completion. Available in

English/Spanish

$10/participant

Certified Food Manager (16 hour training) course, Texas Accredited available in

English/Spanish

$89/participant

Quarterly owner/director meeting and/or training for current contracts
