Can't trust Berry homes for the long run. Built a beautiful house, but used second rate sub-contractors. Bad installation of ery expensive roof. Problems didn't show up until 5 years later because of drought conditions and Berry will not take action to correct. Cost $2,400 to correct problem through other contractor. BEWARE...
